Um Circo de Dois tells the story of two clowns that are looking for a job. By (comic) chance, they find a circus that is complete, but lacks artists and has no owners. Without hesitating, they take over the show, share parts and start a hilarious play in
order to know who the owner is and who the employee is, who performs and who presents the numbers. Clumsily, the two clowns perform circus numbers and carry out the show, bewildering their ‘respectable audience’ and making them laugh their hearts out.
Graduated in Drama and specialized in the Art of Circus, Gena Leão and Nil Moura worked in many companies in Brazil and in Europe before 2006, when they founded Circo Grock. The couple’s son, Lion Nathan, who grew up by the ring, is also part of the company, performing his numbers together with his cousin, Gilson Filho.
